Used my phone as a spirit level the other day. Had the app for years but this is the first time I've needed to use it.
Slightly boring but my phone is my favorite gadget. Although having said that tin openers are pretty cool too.

 I can browse the internet any time I want with great battery power so it doesn't die every hour. Oh and most importantly I can play Pokémon on my way to work, while also listening to Nick Cave. |

The ring has bad reviews, blades only open to 90 degrees.
I got a spork and the grapple for Xmas, well-jell about the ninja card. There are occasions where pulling a 5" blade could cause alarm where the ninja card would have sufficed adequately.
