A lot of parcels delivered lately and great for that, fixed a car headlight for someone, speaker on my car, bottle opener etc. Got one on Ebay for about 4 quid I think it was. The fact is always in your pocket is great. Well worth having although still baffled what a mobile phone holder is and why you would want one. |

I have purchased some little gadgets for my edc. My key chain has a Leatherman Squirt PS4, it has about 9 tools on including some super handy mini pliers. I also got a Firestash which is a tiny little waterproof zippo and I have an energiser LED keyring light. I also have one of them Rolson credit card tools that I got for 2 yoyos at TK Maxx which looks pretty sturdy. So now I am well able to kick McGuyver out of my way when TSHTF and start doing stuff involving the use of handy small tool type things.

A Maxpedition fatty organiser (a smallbag, the size of a big Filofax) 900 lumen nitecore torch Water purification tablets Anti histamine tablets Condom (for sexing of waterproofing) Chapstick (as above + lip maintenance) Titanium spork. Multitool inc knife, drivers, large shears, plyers, saw, file 30m 550 paracord Schrade heavy duty tanto knife (bulletproof, 4"blade) First aid kit Nitrile gloves 12 AA batteries Phone charger energy cell & usb leads Turboflame windproof lighter (Bunsen burner style) Fire steel Notepad & pencil. Razor sharp "keydashi" knife E-cig spares Pocket chain saw Antibacterial wipes Mini Grappling hook Cash Fiskars x5 hatchet (optional) Other stuff *fuck knows why I have this shit, I just like being prepared for all kinds of eventuality. |

I have a similar set up plus 3 days food in both the Bergen and web kit, plus bivvy bag, fishing kit, field dressing and quik clot, oh, plus a crusader stove in the Bergen and normal hexi in the web kit, I have a couple of 7 day food kits in the house and car too, don't have a proper knife tho, tho do have entrenching tool in boot! |
