Never been a watch fan untill recently and I now need a new one; gotta be one of these (A Nixon Murf if youre curious)... From not wearing a watch for most of my life, to now wearing one I now feel incomplete or "naked" without one, is this a common sensation?

Not worn a watch since mobile phones came on the scene. They seem pretty pointless these days.

I feel really weird not wearing it It's not like you miss knowing the time as there are other time measument methods such as your mobile, referencing the position of the sun or asking strangers (preferably with good boobies); so what is it with missing a watch?

If a man wears a nice pair of shoes and a nice watch everything else is pretty irrelevant

Love it. Sometimes it's cloudy though and it's difficult to get an elevation measurement, and I might not necessarily have my phone with me. Strap permitting, the old faithful watch is always there. It does just feel weird when it's not on though as it's something that is always there. like a wedding ring or a pair of glasses.

I know the feeling Something just doesn't feel right if I don't have a watch on, especially my new one as it's so bloody massive. Plus, I get a small kick out of people saying "That's a nice watch, where'd you get it from?" and "What's the time Jay?" Not even arsed

I never spend more than a tenner on a watch as it tells the time just like any £2,000 Rolex. But then again I spend a fortune on following Stoke I suppose so each to their own
