Why try and pass it off as some sort of 'footballing philosophy'? Basically, he's attempting to lower than fans' expectations, like Burnley and Blackpool tried to do, because they're likely to get some dickings.

Translates to: "We will go down, but we'll be entertaining and get bummed by the MOTD team to within an inch of our lives."

Translates to: "We will go down, but we'll be entertaining and get bummed by the MOTD team to within an inch of our lives." And then everyone will say what a breath of fresh air it is for a team to come and let teams walk all over them rather than try and get results out of the top teams.

I'm sure we will enjoy drawing 0-0 with another team who has neither not conceded in a game all season or not scored in a game all season. ;D I love binary football.
