I made a toast pizza a few weeks back... toast + tomato puree + chays + oregano +pepperami = winner we do something similar using pitta breads and that Sacla cook's tomato paste (not pesto) in little jars, they do a nice fiery chilli one www.sacla.co.uk/products/
