Asia football Investments are the Thai based consortium that owns them after they bought the club from Mandaric. They are the guys with the cash and have installed one of their own members as chairman. I dont know what theyre worth or how much theyre willing to put up but they certainly seem intent on throwing it around.

They are throwing it around with wild abandon-so must have a bit to spend.
They are supposed to have bid £7 million+ for Shane Long so must still have a bit left yet.
