Starting to get confident that this move will happen, loads of rumours about that he's signing and some are saying Monday will be the day. Although, it'll probably stop at wages and we'll be looking for someone else by Tuesday.  |

I think it's before, but based only on the fact that you constantly hear "will be signing, subject to a medical" in the press.
I wish this signing would hurry up, it's pissing me right off now. I know we'll get the bargains at the end of the window but it would just be nice from a fan's point of view!

Doubt it mate. That freaky looking fucker has been in the papers pining for Modric not to leave Spurs so would seem that he's not going anywhere. If we get Palacios in though I'll be content thinking that we'll get in some other striker(s?) and enough bods to sufficiently fill out the squad. |

Wilson Palacios is in Stoke right now. He will sign within the hour, announced later today/tomorrow.
£9m, waiting for confirmation on length of deal, expected to be 3 years, Stoke trying to push for 4.
