I had two tactics over pre-season, mine and BJ's. Teamwork as an added focus and match preparation up to high. Pre-season, worked fine, familiarity was going up slowly and we were performing well
As soon as I hit competitive fixtures, that was it. Begovic though, was at fault for every goal, even chucking the ball in our own net off a cross. He really is woeful for me, Sorensen is much better, especially in one on one situations
Huth's out for 3 months after Diouf decided to injure him. However, I've got Bassong in on a season long loan

I haven't had much time to play so far, got to October in one sitting on Wednesday night. Won all my games so far, beating Arse, Newcastle and Everton in the league. Won both my Europa league qualifiers 7-0 on aggregate then beat Red Star 5-1 at home in the first group game. I have a tough group though Paris St German, Udinese and Red Star Only signed 2 players though, El Hadj Diouf and a young German Left back on loan from Dusseldorf. Anyone else using Louis Moult? He's brilliant for me, scored a hattrick in my game against Red Star and has scored 2 in the league also. ;D

West Ham and Burnley got promoted with a massive points gap that I failed to claw back after a loss to Southampton. The resulting team talk caused no less than 4 players to tell the media about the rage.
Then we beat Leeds at Elland Road so I think it did its job. So it's the play offs now, which i'll inevitably lose.

Fair to say BJ's tactics are woeful, especially in defence. Ended up losing to some right obscure team in the Europa League 3rd Round Qualifier. 3-2 loss at their place, then was 2-0 down at The Brit, switched to my back up tactics and got it back to 2-2 5 Cup finals and 3 trophies in 2 years, woeful You're clearly just shit at the game, I bet your wage budget is under control though Jew lad.

I'm currently paying about 580k in total on the teams wages, some 200k under the actual budget for the season. Still pushing for a top 7 finish though. Barely any money is being made in my save though, fuck knows where its all going.

In the 15/16 season, got £10 mil to spend in January and £150k under wage budget but if Tevez plays and scores he gets £160k a week instead of the basic £100k so I don't really want to touch it. Got Ibrahimovic on a free and he's doing well at 34, got Andy Carroll on loan as well and he's decent. Salomon Rondon from Malaga is my star man. 69 goals in 107 games so far.

I'd love £15m right now.
Slowly improved Rochdale after joining with them in the relegation zone.
Once again the board reduced my wage budget at the end of the season. So now i'm struggling to get any players and have a tiny tiny squad.

I'm having the most horrible injury crisis ever, and at the same time having cup runs. I have just enough players for first team and subs, with 9 injuries, 6 fairly important players. What am I doing wrong? Training? I won the league cup, lost against Spurs in Europa knockout stages, and now I have them again in the semi of the FA Cup, but i knocked Man utd out of both cups ;D Far too many games though

Well congratulations to myself, I'm into the FA cup final Playing direct football seems to work, and Crouch is amazing, scored 20 goals for me so far. Jerome was also good before his injury. I bought Adam johnson and he was amazing in jis 7 goals before his injury

Some poor guy on the SI forums had posted with Stoke about his young prospect. Occassionally they get linked to past players who've done well, a striker in a certain mould may be dubbed the next Gary Lineker or Alan Shearer for example.
Imagine signing a goalkeeper prospect and he's dubbed 'The next Scott Carson' you'd be fucking horrified lol.

Having a great journeyman career. Started at Luton and won the FA Trophy and got promoted through the playoffs. Promoted from League 2 through the playoffs the next season and then finished 13th in League 1. They were giving me fuck all money so I went to Chesterfield and went up through the playoffs. I was bottom of the Championship after 11 games but Leeds were about 16th and sacked Grayson so I took the job and got them promoted (through the playoffs, again). Finished 16th with 35 points in the Prem and took the Sunderland job. First year I finished 9th and won the League Cup and Euro Cup. Second season I won the Euro Super Cup and finished 5th after getting to the League and FA Cup semi-finals. I took the United job and they gave me £150 million to spend. Won the league by a point but got knocked out of the FA Cup and Champions League semi-finals by City About to start the 20/21 season, just signed Gotze for £32 million

Got Rochdale promoted by quite a fucking way. £200k and a £44k wage budget to stay up in the championship.
I've signed Ethers and am currently on £54k wages but sitting 17th so if I stay up it should all be ok.
