I love a good Danish blue and Cheddar with caramelised onion truckle!
Also you can't beat these speciality cheeses with cranberry, apricot and chilli.
I like cheese.

shropshire blue or parmesan are my favourite
but have in the fridge at the moment Stilton, ( go with the port), goats cheese, smoked cheese, parmesan, cheshire

I always have a cheese board around my mum's on Christmas night. I'm not a cheese lover by any stretch of the imagination but I always feel like a bit of cheese on Christmas night, it's a tradition that my body seems to crave.
Just like last year I fucking hated every single one of them, the worst offender was an apple smoked cheese... it tasted like sick. I'll still have a go next year.

Cheese is wonderful, although I draw the line at anything with mould in it. A decent red wine really draws the flavour of the cheese out and enhances the whole experience. Although Ive always been a lover of mature cheeses Ive recently discovered the delights of a creamy and subtle brie or camembert. Its pretty crap on your butties for work though...  |
