Just had a good few crackers, Jacobs of course.
Half with Scottish Cheddar, half with Cheshire and one silverskin pickled onion per cracker - fucking winner!

As i'm drinking red wine and cider at the moment i think it would be rude not to have a slither of real yorkshire wensleydale and a bit of smokey cheddar

Tonights crackers have been substituted for a melton mowbray pork pie, a large slab of cheshire cheese and a spicy tomato pickle.
Surely this kind of food cannot sustain life?

I think my favourite type of cheese is that nondescript American cheese; its only characteristic is that it's yellow.
Great stuff.

I love a good Danish blue and Cheddar with caramelised onion truckle! Also you can't beat these speciality cheeses with cranberry, apricot and chilli. I like cheese. My wife is a cheesemaker, unfortunately not at the mo. My heart has hardened immensely due to cheesey forays. Check out South Coast Cheese at Central Tilba on the net. My fave was my wife's hard cheddar mix, 'firecracker", and their 3 year vintage. K4.

Mar ladys just announced she's on a detox and I've got about 4lb of varying cheese* in the fridge; I'm just gong to have to walk round the house with a cheese knife in my pocket eating random slabs for the next week or two *Cheshre, Mexican chilli, Bavarian, primula & primula ham (not proppercheese), Wexford, Cheddar & Wenslidale.
