Had a posh cheeseboard at he wknd and tonight I'm up King into some buttered Jacobs and some good honest cheddar.

Chayse and crackers are great , a nice cracker, Hovis or ritz, none of the tasteless water or jacobs

Those cheesy footballs microwaved on high make a right mess, don't care for them much anyway. Prefer a nice slice of apple pie or a Topic. We really need our cheesemeister in charge, Nonners on this thread. I bet he has many angry tales re Edam or a sweary encounter with a Babybel. LLoydy's fave cheeses are probably Chseire and Stliton on a nice carcker.

Served with spiced plum & pear chutney and a lump of Sorano ham for good measure.
