Didn't notice the writing on the Marathon, just pulled off t'internet.. ;D Just watched the 3D route trip Northy, looks fantastic - perhaps just has the edge on Potters arf.... My bags are packed... I'll be waiting at the Tiara Yaktsa Bar with a celebratory drink... are you what is termed as 'high maintenance' ;Dlooks nice though From what I've heard you wouldn't even be able to afford the wine bill

It came on about 8.30 yesterday morning and went about 6.30 last night.
Just got in from an 8 miler. Went for it today - had breakfast then went quicker for the 1st mile then proper put the hammer down for the last two miles. Would normaly expect to do that in 1hr 20 but with all that exta prep and faster running did it in a mind blowing 1hr 19. ;D

you could get a decent time then Just completed a "half". 1 hour, 43 minutes and 52 seconds.Two things in my favour today. Firstly the shoelaces didn't come undone and secondly I had no one to slow me down

Pilates tonight for an hour, I felt more worn out than running a 10k, my hamstrings feel fooked I love been at the back when they doing the 'cat curl' on all fours 2 new young slim lithe ladies about 20, dressed in tight lycra joined tonight I feel lonely as the only man in the class

Attempted a bicycle kick earlier.
Missed the ball, went about 2 metres off the floor and landed on my elbow.
Damaged something (not a bone though) and it fucking kills.
I hate exercise. Thought it was meant to be good for you?
