so who does what, running gym etc? who needs a little shove to get motivated, lets get them into motion
running for me, 3 times a week, and also looking to get back to the gym to firm the top half up again.
once I've been to the doctors to get this left shoulder arm checked out.

I got a free pass to the gym last week, so I went. It's a bit gay, isn't it?

I'm trying to but I suffer from a severe lack of motivation, plus I've got DOMS fucking up my biceps at the moment after jumping in at the deep end with weights after too long off it.
I'm built like a brick shithouse in all fairness but I need to do more cardio to trim away the layers of flab that are hiding what I fully believe to be massive muscles underneath.
The trouble is that you can easily do weights and muscle building exercises in the house but cardo involves going outside.

Used to play footie and run regularly then ruptured my cruciate last Feb.
Only just started running again about a week ago. Been a shit exercise free year if I'm honest, a long slog without those lovely endorphins giving me a natural buzz.
For those who can't get motivated, there is apparently an iPhone app which very slowly gets you into jogging. I don't have an iPhone so have no idea what it does but two people I know have recently credited their sudden interest in running to it.

Cardio 5-6 days a week until at least May.
20-30 mins treadmill (sometimes HIIT, other days I just jog it out at a constant speed) 20 mins cycling (again I mix it up a bit on different days, standing hill climbs in there too) 30 minute spinning classes 2-3 days a week depending on how the quads are feeling
Want to get ripped by July so I can tear Ibiza up!

Dog walking 4 to 6 miles a day
Running three times a week.
Very occasional game of football with the lad and his mates although the poor sod has broken his wrist so there won't be any for 2 months.

Keeping fit seems so incredibly time consuming, how am I supposed to fit eight hours of internet on top of a ten hour working day and still keep fit?

Rugby 4 times a week, packed in the gym about 6 months ago, not really necessary when you're already massive. Play a bit of squash too.

About 4 hours of football a week. That's about it really, if we're not counting a quick wander to the fridge.

Play 5 a side footy twice a week, do two or three 45 minute spinning classes a week, one or two weights sessions a week and a nice long outdoor jog now and again.
I also have sex for 34 hours at a time, thrusting my 12 inch cock in and out 200 times per mintue.
I made one of the above up.

Yes i do like a beer and my late night curries when i'm not working the next day but i clock up between 20 and 30 miles a week running. I also keep my shape by circuit traing at the gym 3 times a week.
I'm quite happy with my fitness to be honest, it's just my liver thats fucked.
