You're doing it all wrong. Position yourself on the machine directly behind the hotty with the amazing arse in lycra. Or next to the amazing hotty with the great rack. Makes the experience much better. I notice that you push yourself so much more when you're next to a fit bird. But yeah, I used to love the set-up at Fitness First on Viccy Road - all of the machines faced the women's changing room door and it went: line of treadmills, line of cross-trainers, line of treadmills. You were extremely unlucky if you weren't in eye-sight of an arse in lycra. I miss that place.

Many a time I've been coming to the end of a run on the treadmill, completely fucking arseholed, within a breath of flat out dying on the machine. Pushed myself to the absolute limit and my hand is just on its way to reduce the speed and then stop the machine.........cue a hotty getting on the machine next to me......"ahhhhh, I'll give it another 10 minutes......."

I joined when it switched over to 'Klick Fitness' it's decent, couple of young lovelies in there sometimes

I also kick the crap out of the occasional woman/black (but only as part of a group in the case of the latter).

8 or 9 miler planned for sunday morning, starting at 08.15 Well that was civilised running. Northy's icing on the cake was the tea room with unlimited cuppas, cake, biscuits and good company after 9 miles of seriously nice countryside ;D
