Really enjoyed it so far, there is a few moments where the story becoming really good and intense but I guess because it's the culmination of like 4 years of storytelling coming to a climax.
The interaction with your crew and such is great on this, I've spent more time so far putting my time in that and in other side missions. Still, the main story is shaping up nicely the only thing is I know the games not complete the DLC is going to contain so much of the story that explains various avenues.

Done about 10 hrs on the first one now, really enjoying it. Got all the DLC's to do but not sure when to do them.

Only thing I'm not digging is the music. It's a different composer from the first 2 and it doesn't feel like is blending as well as the music from the other 2. Glad they kept the Galaxy map music though, fell asleep with that one late one night. Also finding the music's really quiet.

Don't know, nowhere near the end. From what I can gather it doesn't give clarification on something or it isn't as free as have been the choices you make in the series.
Managed to avoid spoilers well so far but if anyone spoils it here I'll rip your fucking heart out.

The ending isn't the ending, they've already said they'll be bringing out some DLC to put it out there better than what it is now.

I finally completed 3 last night. Feels like I've been kicked in the bollocks. I think I've still got the original ending because I haven't updated it but I can't see how they can expand on it.

Yeah, the ending depends on your war assets, which you get in the campaign, and galactic readiness, which is a percentage that you raise by playing the multiplayer. Load of bollocks  |

When I checked before I went on the Cerberus Assault near the end, the bar that shows your percentage of war assets was right up there? Not quite full but about 90%.
Either way it's a wank way to force people into an unnecessary, shoehorned multiplayer.

Yeah, the war assets is the single player bit, it's the "galactic readiness" which is the shitty part. You raise that by playing the multiplayer, and if that isn't high, you get crap endings.
I haven't played on it since they've updated it though, so they might have got rid of it, (hopefully.)

There's a trilogy coming out. However Bioware have fucked that up by not adding all the DLC on either the 1st for 360 and the 3rd for PS3. I don't even think the 1st comes with a disk on PS3, just a DLC code.
