This looks fantastic as well.
Obviously comparisons with Uncharted will be made and Naughty Dog haven't helped themselves with the look of the main character.

As far as ND are concerned, they can take my money now. I don't think the character will be anything like Drake (other than the rugged look) and isn't voiced by Nolan North, its all good.
I also think I'm falling a little bit in love with Ellen Page.

This looks stupidly good. PS3 are looking like they are bringing out some brilliant games. Xbox seem to be just regurgitating the same old series. (Halo 4 FFS)
Tempted to swap my Xbox for a PS3.

If you've missed out on Sonys first party titles, now's the time to make the change. This generation, although littered with lot's of dross fps's, has been fucking brilliant. If they're still pumping out new IP's of this quality, I wouldn't be arsed about a next gen console for 2 more years.
I'm not a fanboy but Microsoft had a dire E3 and only really showed Halo 4 and a new Gears (a prequel), they're really winding down now.

I've bought the 2 collectors editions to keep sealed and a normal copy because I'm a sad cunt. People have been likening the experience to the first time they played MGS or Half Life 2, so this should be one of the games that are remembered for years to come.

Releasing 2 collectors edition makes no sense other than money making and because the 'Ellie Edition' is a Game exclusive. I thought I'd gamble on it being a gen definer and get both editions as they might be worth a bob or two together in 10-20 years (just look at sealed nes / snes games today). There's only a limited amount produced as well so hopefully sealed copies will be rare one day.
I'm fucking tragic.

I've pre-ordered it today with my no-money. First time I've pre-ordered a game since GTA4. If it's as good as the Uncharted games then I'll be happy. The only way you could compare it against Uncharted is the production values. By the sounds of it, it's a totally different animal. Visceral combat compared to Uncharted's Action film type killing, serious, tense situations compared to Uncharted somewhat campy, humorous (but fucking awsome) stance of story telling. It even got 10/10 in Edge, and they're right miserable cunts. |

When Marcus Beer reviewed it he said the first half an hour was as tense experience as he'd had throughout any game this generation. People that got thiers yesterday say it's well worthy of the praise and reviews.
