Agree about AC2, was brilliant, defiantly. It's the first game I platinum trophied on the PS3 actually. Brotherhood built on the formula and was a great game. But Revelations completely turned me off. I didn't finish it till about a month before 3 and it was a complete slog. I've got 3 from PS+ after selling the retail copy, but I'm struggling to get back into it. Probably ended up not half way through. Real shame but I want to finish it and get 4.

Some good stuff in there. Forgot the Mass Effect games, which were excellent (not played 3) Fallout series too, and of course Skyrim.
Nowadays I tend to Play PC based WW2 Strategy stuff like Hearts of Iron, Panzer Corps etc.
Whilst I also used to absolutely sweat Football Manager it just seems so 'involved' now, and it takes forever just to trawl through the media, the players griping, etc.
I'd prefer much more flexibility to do stuff to do with the match.
I'll have to give The last of us a try, sounds my cup of tea.
I also loved Eve online for a while, but it just got too much.
I'll never forget playing RDR online and this guy starts to creep through the tundra toward me so I head shot him. Turns out he's a fellow Stokie just trying to help me out, then I multi killed him. He even took the piss out of me on The Oatie for it saying I was a twatting psychopath or summat ;D

Landstalker- the Megadrive Zelda equivalent. Great action / adventure game, felt massive at the time, hard as nails, great soundtrack.
Pokemon Red- Took the lacklustre Gameboy and gave it another 5 years life expectancy. Absolutely massive game and thoroughly addictive. I slayed most kids on the playground.
Half Life 2- The setting and dirty, run down, oppressed eastern block atmosphere was perfect and so different from the first. The physics were revolutionary at the time. We don't go to Ravenholm.
