well done, lost any weight with it and feeling better? having wholewheat spaghetti, spinach n garlic n chilli n pine nuts tonight, but bacon on the side to not contaminate the main meal for the lad Noticed I'd lost a bit of girth round the middle this morning, although I imagine that's down having less beer over the last week. I'm about 11st, so losing weight's not really something I'm fussed about. Not really sure whether it'd down to cutting out the meat or just increasing the variety of other stuff I eat, but my shit is generally a lot neater these days. Spinach is my new favourite thing.

I don't believe I've posted here before. Went to Pasta Di Piazza on Saturday. I've had it before but it's worth a mention. Their Calzone; best food ever. It's that fucking epic, I took a picture. Packed to the brim, cheese, loads of meat and garlic, mushrooms etc. If you go there, I implore you. Do. Not. Deviate.

I was down in that London all weekend and had some really decent food in places but I can't be bothered to go into detail with that because the food highlight of my weekend was getting home last night to find that my Sister had been up to Stoke to visit some relatives in the day and she'd popped in for some proper oatcakes when she was up there and grabbed me half a dozen. Within seconds of me walking in through my front door at home I was cracking out the strong cheddar and brown sauce. Bloody marvellous!

I made a lobby last night with all of the cheap veg that I get from work. It was pretty fucking ace.
3x beef stock cubes. 1x fennel, diced. 2x garlic cloves, diced. 1x large onion, diced. 4x large potatoes, chopped. 2x large carrots, chopped. 1x large parsnip, grated. 1x large leek, chopped. 1x long red chilled, chopped.
The juice from 2 vine ripened tomatoes and boiling water filled up to cover, loads of black pepper and dried tarragon added. Slowly cooked for 5 hours or so and consumed with chips (because I haven't got any bread).
It was luminous yellow for some reason, but fucking nice and probably about 9 of your 5-a-day.

I thought it was unnecessarily harsh and I've already called you a faggot about 30 posts ago! Plus, I think it's my meat addiction that's the problem, rather than you and your vegetable shagging.
