I think there will be the need for another one, I think it was December and then February for me last year, we hardly had a frost. Did mine yesterday, first time in about 4 weeks, was getting a bit long, muddy as you say, the little frogs weren't too happy, a few were jumping up and out of the long grass as i headed towards them. |

on a separate note, the hours spent "de-leafing" yesterday were well & truly wasted as every single leaf in a 5 mile radius has now been deposited in my boundary.

Far too much effort watering the lawn. I just left my grass to dry out and go yellow. Saved me having to cut it and I didn't get a wet arse when I sat on it.
Also the golden yellow straw colour is a pleasant change from bloody green.
