Yeah, wasn't until someone said, I realised how fucking awful the character building was. Creating your identity by the looks and ethnicity of your grandparents? Why?

It's a great idea in theory but in practice it's been awfully done by Rockstar. No doubt they'll put it down to another bug though.

It's a decent enough idea if you can tweak it to perfection, or just have the option to have a normal character build, not Tiger Woods or Fifa type customisation, but enough to make it look sub-human. What you said basically.

J, your invite killed my single player game, forcing me to go to bed. The second time the invitation failed, I went back to Franklin and the map had no icons or anything, couldn't quick save. Wank. Sort it the fuck out R*.

Don't know if you've noticed this as well but sometimes when you're not the host, it'll invite everyone you know automatically which is a bit strange. |

I'm pretty sure (hope) it hasn't wiped my game or anything. Just made it pretty unplayable, to the point of freezing up when I pulled my phone out. That quite pissed me off. If it has deleted my game, I'm going Trevor.
Can't say I've noticed, I haven't been able to get any friends together yet anyway, willingly or unwillingly. I kind of want to divert my attention to the story as I've spent a few hours with Trevor, the story's heating up and about to do the second Heist. But online has so much promise.

I managed to do quite a few missions with a Stoke fan I've got on my friends list called Az_scfc and then I was making quite a bit of money doing the same race with the same guys which was fun.
One thing that pissed me off, but made me laugh this morning, was that after a mission you're all kinda grouped up and this one person, who did nothing but die twice and kill no one, decided to kill us all off in anger. There was these two faggots who paired up and chased me down in a helicopter and killed me so I stuck bounties on their heads and watched about 8 people on the map just swarm over to them and kill them off so I kept doing it and eventually they left and I got angry messages ;D
Last night was the best it's run by far, no being kicked for no reason, loading times getting less, character saving. It just needs more actual missions as opposed to "Team Deathmatch".

That's ace ;D. And the reason I love GTA, random events that unfold. I think they'll somehow implement Heists as DLC, paid or otherwise.

I can't wait for heists, I'm hoping there's loads of them because there's far more shops you can rob Online than in the Story Mode.

Released earlier today for the PlayStation 3 (the Xbox 360 should get it by tomorrow at the latest), patch 1.03 for Grand Theft Auto V has had its full list of notes revealed by Rockstar, which you can read below:
Fixes multiple issues causing character deletion or other loss of progress
Fixes issues causing infinite loading, infinite sky cams, and missing interface options between jobs
Fixes an issue causing the “replay” option to be locked out on certain jobs
