We've just had the roof done and it's like post Blitz London up there, coupled together with 70 years of suet, brick, mortar and dust that have been disturbed, it's a reet cunt of a job.

Probably be on tonight, just to make my character (apparently most people that have created one look like mongs) and get a feel for it. Then probably spend another Friday night till 4am on it. Well addictive.

Had some laughs online this morning. Started out (best intro to an online section), went on a job with a guy, we went to a clothes shop. Mulling round, I heard his mate say on the microphone "why dont him in the head". So I crept out, jumped in the car, turned off the lights and waited for him in the black of night. After he noticed I'd left, he came out and I ran the bastard down. It was hilarious, I drove off too the sound of him saying "oh my fucking god he ran me over". I last had a random moment like that in San Andreas, the fun is well and truly back in GTA.
Phoned in my first blimp too last night, landed on the roof of that big tower and shot at a helicopter that tried to knock it off. Again, cant believe how good it looks and how smooth it runs Gta4 looked like shit from the air, like a jar of Vaseline was smeared over the screen.

Latest example, I had to steal the RV by the meth lab and the guy who joined in was on chat complaining that he had no idea what to do even though it says at the bottom of the screen: "Steal the RV"..

Reading that there's still loads of people facing issues. I've been able to get in yesterday morning, no problems and for a few hours this evening, no problem.

I've had nothing but problems. Massive loading times and then every now and then everybody disappears, it turns to daylight and I'm in invisible and can't move.
Think I'll try it in another coupe of months or something.

Thing is Sheldon, it was the other players that kicked me which again is a fucking joke. I'd done absolutely nothing wrong, whenever I'd see someone trying to ram me off the road I'd get out of the way quickly which would then send them miles off course ;D
Shouldn't be able to kick players off missions/races IMO, you just end up with sore losers kicking people out.

I don't know if it goes hand in hand with a GTA game but people trying to ram you off the road seems rife, fucking wank to be honest.
Only thing I don't like, and I don't play online regularly enough on any game to know different, but you can't invite yourself into a friends game. It failed initially when it said join a friends game, but I couldn't see any options to do so when I was in the map with strangers.

That happened last night when I accepted that job with you, it's absolute dogshit. What's even worse is the lack of communication from Rockstar about the issues and how they're beginning to blame things, such as the high medical bills for when you die, as a bug. Their customer service throughout GTA V has been at the piss poor level that I'd expect from EA. |

I hadn't realised I sent you an invite ;D. Probably whilst I was trying to join your game. But yeah, it's not too clever is it. A mate that lives in Cheddleton keeps trying to get on, I don't think he's made it past the intro sequences yet.

That must be a complete bastard as well, knowing loads of people can get online and play it (to a certain extent) but you're still being picked up by Lamar at the airport.
Top guy is Lamar, he picked me up from the airport several times without complaining.
