Having been a disgrace for a few years now I've decided it's time I actually got off my fat arse and did some stuff. I started a diet on Tuesday and tonight is my last bottle of wine for a couple of months. I have also done 60 minutes of high intensity aerobics, the first proper exercise Ive done for two years, and now my bum wants to die.

I have also done 60 minutes of high intensity aerobics, the first proper exercise Ive done for two years, and now my bum wants to die. ;D I'm going to a wedding in July in Tel Aviv (going to be 40 degrees, apparently..) want to drop a stone quickly, so have just done the Dukan diet for 5 days, dropped 8lb will eat and drink what I want at the weekend and then go back on diet again next week - repeat ad nauseum until I can squeeze into the dress I've bought... ;D I swim a lot, so that cancels out the alcohol... (in my view) ;D Buggered if I'm going to cut out all the fun.. ;D

Then went out and had 2 pints of bass 2 pints of guinness and 4 bottles of tiger with a 3 course thai - calorie balancing

I've already entered the English half marathon in September, what date is the Nottingham one? Chester Half marathon in 2 weeks, I'd best stop this drinking ale lark for a couple of weeks.

Although in truth I'm aiming for a loss of 2lb a week whilst upping my exercise from nowt to 3 to 4 times a week. I'm not masively overweight but I am massively unfit, conna even run for a bus
