10 miles around the Sandstone trail with Northwich and one of his many mates this morning. Northy was struggling a little this morning. Not sure if it was the heat or the combined effects of a different city/alehouse/whore over the last week catching up with him My throat closed up yesterday afternoon, sore and difficult to swallow, runny eyes today I must have picked something up in Scotland just wondering if its this explosion in rapeseed or a cold that won't go away and keeps coming back probably a cold mixed in with alcoholic poisoning www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-458357/Runny-eyes-wheezy-chest-Blame-Britains-crops-rapeseed.html

Perhaps you ought to think about going down to the sprint distances for a while

I've lost a stone in 5 weeks (few more pounds to go yet...) but I can now walk 4 miles in 50 minutes. Working my way up to doing the couch to 5K challenge (I hate running). ;D

Funny one for me yesterday - last three ''runs'' have been 8 10 and 8 miles. Went out last night expecting to run a 10 miler and got to about 3 and started to feel awful - dizzy, tired and jelly legs. Not nice. Anyone had anything like that?

Anyone had anything like that? yes, the other Monday evening, I had to stop twice before 2 miles, finally got going but took the early path home and cut short at 5 miles, bit weird really, I blame the previous beery weekend in Derry
