I'm on a bit of a healthy eating thing at the moment, trying to get rid of the gut I've achieved from my recent nights out. Bran flakes/trim flakes for breakfast - no sugar, semi-skimmed milk (because skimmed is just white water). Small dinner, (yesterday I just had 2 pieces of chicken breast, the day before was just Ryvita with some healthy spread shit). Small cottage pie for tea. No snacks, no sugary drinks. I'm not really missing food to be honest, I don't think I've got tastebuds anyway - the only time I get a sensation in my mouth is with hot food. 15k on a bike every day and some weights. I had a very similar diet in the summer, only I had shreddies or weetabix with fruit instead of bran flakes and often something like 2 slices of toast for lunch. Then running everyday, lost nearly 2 stone. I've put a little bit back on but I'm still slim and a healthy weight.

I think I've just had my best kebab EVER!
Small chicken Tika on a plain naan, complimented with a bit of donner on it also.
Leiutice for moisture, mayo for lubricaton and a touch of chillie for that bit of something extra.
