Every single bit of my curry will be consumed in a drunken state and between massive fuck-off slabs of robertsons extra thick white bread. Curry on bread is good but it still doesn't come close to a singapore chow mein on bread.....i love the taste of bread and noodles at the same time it makes me dead excited.

I went to that Tulip Wok down Smallthorne last night; it's an Indian/Chinese hybrid buffet - it was shit, most of the curries didn't have any meat left in them because people had scooped them out first and in the 90 minutes that I was there, they weren't replaced. Worst buffet around here by a mile.
On another note, Coors Light on tap in the Moorland Inn just up the road £1.99 a pint. Amazing.

Never liked that place even when it was Sheezan. Whats with the new name anyway? I bet it's still a shihole inside regardless of the new sign on the outside. The best thing about that place used to be the fact that you could take your own booze and could get absolutely shitfaced to take your mind off the food.

washed down with red wine

I don't know whether it's under new management or they just wanted to reinvent it as a Chinese and Indian buffet, but it's still owned by Indians and the only Chinese food there was prawn crackers and noodle soup. But yeah, take your own booze and it's opposite that little dodgy Off License that only sells damaged or out of date booze for pennies. Can't knock that. |
