Bents Garden centre at lunch time, Beef n pasta soup with 3 types of crusty bread, olive, seeded and sumat else www.bents.co.uk/lamb chop, barnsley cut, with garlic, soy and honey sauce with roasters and the veg that's the 1100 calories burnt off this morning taken care of

cracking homemade Indian curry at the weekend, Mrs made the sauce as well, sweet potato, Indian Cheese, spinach, coriander and the herbs n coconut milk etc. much better than the 1st meal she ever made me which was a Dansak and the sauce was that thick you could stand the fork upright in it ;D

went that new Mango Tree Indian in Butt Lane last night, was quite nice food, belt and top button on the jeans were undone Miles better than it used to be, Northers. Had an Asda curry earlier. Cracking.

the Mrs making home scotch pancakes with blueberries in when I got in yesterday lunchtime, just what a growing lad needs after a morning out in the wet n cold made a cracking chilli last night, clean plates everywhere
