Given that at least Jonesy will answer this in inspirational detail, what's every fucker having for Christmas dinner.
I'm around the old dears and suspect it'll be gammon and/or beef. Got to knock up dauphinoise, roasts, and sweet potato mash (she's shit at anything potato based). Any tips Jonesy.
Anyone having owt more exotic?

Tips...
Tip [HASH]1 Don't have Turkey as it's pretty wank.
Tip [HASH]2 Dig up last years Turkey / Xmas dinner poll thread.
That aside I'm having...
Starter - tiger prawn with sesame, ginger, chillie & lime on gem lettuce with glass noodles.
Main - pan fried duck, cabbage bacon cream walnuts, hasslebaink potatoes (with an Orange reduction (gravy))
Desert - I've cheated and purchased a rich chocolate torte with rum soaked rasins.
Breakfast drink = buck s fizz Dinner drink = lager Post dinner drink = drambuie Evening drink = mulled wine
All pretty simple to prep / cook so I can still enjoy the day.

I don't have a kitchen, it was stolen whilst I was on holiday so something from the 24 hour garage.

I don't have a kitchen, it was stolen whilst I was on holiday so something from the 24 hour garage. How very unfortunate. Praise the Lord for 24 hour garages though eh! I'll keep my ears to the ground for anyone offering a stolen kitchen but I imagine it would have been stolen to order.

I've bought mar lady tyres, brake discs and pads as gifts before now. Not all at once obviously. That'd just be spoiling her.

Afraid I'm not at home this Xmas (feel free to burgle me obvs) so sadly, I've got to endure turkey with all the trimmings, I might just have all the trimmings instead.... Very overrated bird. Fortunately, I'm doing fillet of beef for the starter. Unfortunately, I'm now realising the associated costs of fillet of beef for ten people

Plus any security codes would be good.
Also piling expensive items in the hallway would make my life easier!
I would also hate to fall over anything and have to sue you for the trauma of helping you out.
