You can fuck right off. I'm not running with you and Northers. 10 minute miles for the last 6 years for me - anything faster and I will be fucked and not even finish. Anything under 2hr 10 for me and I'll be pleased! ;D Did I say you'd got a choice and besides as far as I can see it it's the only chance I'm going to get to see Mrs Orbs.
