Poisoned was/is still probably fucking Northys' vasoline pot at the start line.

I surprisingly felt good throughout orbs......even on milton road or heartbreak hill as they call it. Maybe because i was doing it for a brain tumour charity close to my heart and not pushing for a good time made it more enjoyable.

Ok gents, I need advice.... (sensible ) Having finally seen the rhuematologists I've been officially diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Type III which is basically a more severe form of hypermobility. I've been told to improve my muscle strength above my knees to offer more support and to improve my posture. Other half has bought me an exercise horse, which after my initial hysterical laughter I find does actually seem to work. It makes me sit up straight and because I'm having to use my thighs to hold myself steady I can feel my thigh muscles aching. I need some quick exercises I can do which will strengthen my thighs, shoulders and weirdly my fingers. If I can improve the muscles in my hand I can hopefully stop my fingers dislocating. Any ideas? (oh and yes, the horse does look perverse!!) ;D
