My lungs nearly burst today I swear, hill climbing is clearly not my thing ;D
Nice to be back in the saddle though and my arse felt a lot better.
Only 10 miles but it was seriously hilly, will go further now I am confident my arse wont explode.

I discovered Hanley Parkrun through a friend at the TRC (the absolute BEST running club). Love it. Cycle to Park Run, do the 5k Cycle home. Apparently Hanley is one of the harder runs due to the hills but I love it. Loads of people in Stoke gear as well, I've seen several wearing the 150 T-shirt. I'm always the asshole in the headband...

Recommend the parkruns if anyone is thinking about it. Very well organised and easy to register. Saturday morning at 9.00 so stops getting pissed on a Friday night too.
