I don't know what an "AO top" is to be fair, I just wore some cargo shorts and a floral print tee, make a mistake of taking a rucksack with 3l juice, firs aid kit, pick nick, ray bans, change of clothes etc.... We were done in just over an hour ? Great event, great day, great views.... and we raised a couple of hundred quid for DLCH.

Just lying in bed barely able to move the legs after a 20km in prep for the Potters 'arf. Dreading the famous hill towards the end.

Good old Milton Road, Sneyd Green; I used to live on Mornington Road, Sneyd green, they are all tough to walk/run up. I was hoping to run the 'arf but working all weekends in June in belfast copy and paste the link into your browser for a quick look at the incline www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Milton+Rd,+Stoke-on-Trent+ST1+6LE/@53.0447224,-2.1600966,3a,75y,226.79h,90t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sj8f8AlDNycHZ7JekJd_DoQ!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo0.ggpht.com%2Fcbk%3Fpanoid%3Dj8f8AlDNycHZ7JekJd_DoQ%26output%3Dthumbnail%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26thumb%3D2%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D212.61449%26pitch%3D0!7i13312!8i6656!4m5!3m4!1s0x487a426a4601a125:0xb555683814be76ae!8m2!3d53.0459004!4d-2.1560106!6m1!1e1

Salops missus? Or have i got it the wrong way round? Don't think he'd catch Salop's missus 25.13 still the PB.... 25.32 last week. Would've gone today but 5 pints of lager and a kebab wasn't the best preparation. Been doing a few 8 milers just lately too....
