I don't know what an "AO top" is to be fair, I just wore some cargo shorts and a floral print tee, make a mistake of taking a rucksack with 3l juice, firs aid kit, pick nick, ray bans, change of clothes etc.... We were done in just over an hour  ? Great event, great day, great views.... and we raised a couple of hundred quid for DLCH. |

A mate of mine did an 87 mile bike ride the other day and is doing the Stockholm marathon in a the couple of weeks. The most exercise I do is going the chippie!
