I was up at 5.45 this morning, on a fucking Sunday, because I made a foolish error earlier this year
Today I will be doing the Bournemouth marathon, with virtually no training
Can't wait to get it out of the way and never think about it again
I won't be posting a time on here, will just be happy to complete and live to tell the tale

My healthy activities today will include (or be limited to) shitting out yesterday's delicious but unhealthy food.

I'm alive, just Leg/joint paint like I've never felt before well done for completing it, very foolish for doing it with little training, one of our chunkier slower lady runners did the Loch Ness marathon last week in 5.07, did you beat that

a new young lass turned up at pilates tonight, a solid set of glutes in skin tight black lycra leggings, she was very good at the hip flexors lying on our sides and pinging the top leg up high and down again

i went to a power yoga class this morning, what a lovely site it was at times. i thought it was going to be all slow and relaxing, it was like boot camp yoga, i was knackered after 20 mins, a 10 mile run is easier
